Jérôme Tisserand seeks a strict, rigorous, clear, clean, sunny order. There is the sky; there is gold; there are rigid, straightforward lines on doors which open to another destiny. I like the blues in Tisserand's paintings. More than any other color, the interconnected multiple shades of blue define our mood. They express harmony or conflict, with a gentle monochrome or a discreet clash showing the need for two approaches to the same entity: one tangible, the other spiritual.
